RECORDS REQUESTS
Records requests can be made using the provided form here and submitted by email at foia@ccerc911.org, fax or dropped off in person at the 911 Center.

Reproduction Cost (per document) - $1.50 for the first two (2) pages and 50 cents for each additional page.

Postage - Actual cost (will vary on number/size of the documents)

USB Flash Drive (if requested) - Actual cost to replace media device used.​
